Shotgun Start: 8:00a.m.
· Format : Four-Player Scramble
· Cost: $325 per team ($280 if paid by 6/26/09) includes golf, cart, drink during and lunch after play, door prize drawings, and appreciation gift
· Betting & Proximity Holes, 50/50 raffles & Putting contest
· Skins Competition ($20.00/ team)
· Mulligan’s available for purchase, ($20.00/ team – 2 per player, limited to 1 per side, holes 1-9 and 10-18) Note: Mulligan’s cannot be used to win betting holes.
** Both Skins and Mulligan’s can be prepaid with team registration
The Clay Athletic Boosters Club appreciates your participation in this important fund raiser. Through your involvement and the generous support from the community, the Clay Athletic Boosters Club helps to offset many of the rising costs in support of Clay High student athletes. Please mark your calendar, gather your team, and submit your registration as soon as possible.
Due to limited space, REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A “PREPAID” BASIS ONLY!! NO player/team fees will be accepted the day of the outing. Please remit your team fees through the team captain by July 10th, 2008. SAVE $45.00 by submitting your $280.00 team registration fee by June 26th, 2009.

On behalf of the Clay Athletic Boosters Club, allow me to thank you for your consideration to support the 2009 Clay Athletic Boosters Golf Outing. We are grateful to those of you for your past support and look forward to your continued participation. In addition, we invite those of you who have not had an opportunity to be involved, to join us this year. Through the generous support of community business leaders, along with the participants in the outing, the Clay Athletic Boosters Club helps to offset many of the rising costs in support of Clay High student athletes. As the Oregon school system faces significant budgetary challenges, your support of this event is as critical as ever. This outing is one of the three primary Booster fund raisers and we hope that you will participate generously.
This year’s event is set for Saturday, July 25th, 2009 at Chippewa Golf Club. The golf outing will feature a shotgun start at 8:00a.m.and will be followed by lunch, prize drawings, and an awards ceremony. Our goals for this event are lofty and success will bring even greater exposure to your business or organization. Over 200 members of the community will be involved in this event including players, volunteers, coaches, and booster members.
A program listing all sponsors will be produced and distributed to all participants in this event. Please consider supporting this important event at one of the following sponsorship levels:
Golden Eagle Sponsor: $500
Includes large banner, hole sponsorship sign, full page advertisement in the program
Silver Eagle Sponsor: $300
Includes small banner, hole sponsorship sign, ½ page advertisement in the program
Bronze Eagle Sponsor: $100
Includes hole sponsorship sign, and listing in the program
Team Sponsor: $325 ($280 if paid by 6/26/09)
Includes golf for four, cart, lunch, drink and appreciation gift
In addition to Sponsorships, we are in need of items for door prizes and “appreciation” gifts. You can promote your business or organization by donating items (golf balls, tees, shirts, hats, golf equipment etc.) Your company or organization name will appear in the program along with the items donated. Note that the Clay High School Athletic Boosters Club, Inc. is a tax-exempt organization under the IRS code section 510.3 therefore your contributions are tax deductible.
